Terms for Ages 14 and Older

AIRSNAP (the "Company") allows only users aged 14 or older to register and use the service, in accordance with applicable laws, as set out below.

Article 1 (Membership for Ages 14 and Older)

① The service provided by the Company may be joined and used only by those aged 14 or older.
② At sign-up, users must confirm and agree that they are aged 14 or older, and the Company obtains this consent separately.
③ Children under the age of 14 cannot register as members.

Article 2 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)

① As a rule, the Company does not collect the personal information of children under the age of 14.
② Where collection is unavoidable, the Company obtains the consent of the legal representative under Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and may collect the minimum legal-representative information (name, contact, etc.) needed to verify such consent.

Article 3 (Measures for False Confirmation)

① If it is found that a person under 14 registered by falsely confirming they were aged 14 or older, the Company may restrict use of the account or terminate membership.
② The personal information of a confirmed under-14 child is destroyed without delay.
