Part 1 — General Notice

Article 1 [Booking Confirmation and Pre-Shoot Notice]

① A booking is confirmed when both the full payment for the shoot and the booking completion on the AIRSNAP website (air-snap.com) are made. No separate deposit is collected; the full amount is paid in a single payment at the time of contract.
② Even after a shoot is confirmed as available, the date may close without notice until payment and booking completion are made.
③ Outdoor shoots are affected by natural light and weather; in case of rain, extreme heat, heavy snow, or other weather events, the Company and the Customer may adjust the schedule by mutual agreement.
④ The Customer prepares wardrobe and props; venue admission and parking fees are borne by the Customer in principle (notified in advance).
⑤ Booking confirmation/change/cancellation, "original selection ready," and the one-week pre-shoot notice are sent via KakaoTalk Alimtalk (Solapi).
⑥ Shooting methods may change depending on the environment, and shooting may be restricted in unforeseen situations not agreed in advance.

Article 2 [Delivery and Post-Shoot Notice]

① After the shoot, the Company provides all originals online (cloud link) and notifies "original selection ready."
② Within 2 months of the shoot date, the Customer must select the photos to be retouched, up to the product's set count (Value 15 / Standard 25 / Premium 40), via the website's selection feature.
③ Retouched photos are delivered within approximately 2 months of the selection confirmation date.
④ Originals are stored for 2 months from the shoot date and are automatically deleted afterward without separate notice due to storage capacity (re-delivery not possible after deletion). The Customer's final selected retouched photos are retained beyond this period.
⑤ Re-retouching of delivered photos is provided free of charge [once]. Additional requests incur a separate fee.
⑥ Please download delivered files immediately upon receipt. The Company is not responsible for delays/expiration due to reasons attributable to the Customer.
⑦ All consultations and requests are handled through the AIRSNAP KakaoTalk consultation channel.

Part 3 — Terms of Use

Article 5 [Scope of Application]

① These Terms apply to the outdoor snap photography service contract provided by "AIRSNAP" (the "Company").
② Matters not specified herein follow relevant laws and commercial practice.
③ Where any provision herein is less favorable to the user than the relevant law, that law prevails.

Article 6 [Definitions]

  • Company (service provider): AIRSNAP (Lucas Production), business registration no. 728-10-02901, an outdoor snap photography service provider.
  • Customer (user): A person who has entered into a contract to use the photography service.
  • Total amount: The sum of the product list price + option fees + travel fee. The basis for calculating penalties and compensation.
  • Shoot date: The actual shooting day stated in the contract.
  • Retouched photo: A photo file delivered after color correction and retouching.
  • Original data: Unprocessed photo files captured on site before retouching.
  • Personal reasons: A change or cancellation for the Customer's own reasons, without fault of the Company or force majeure (including Article 10 ③).
  • Force majeure: External causes not attributable to either party, such as natural disasters or Class-1 infectious-disease quarantine measures.

Part 4 — Privacy Policy (Summary)

The Company protects personal information under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act; details follow the separate Privacy Policy (/privacy). Please refer to that policy for collection, entrustment, retention, destruction, and data-subject rights.

Part 5 — Cancellation, Refund & Compensation

Article 7 [Change of Shoot Date and Package]

① The Customer may request a change of shoot date; availability is decided after the Company confirms its schedule.
② Change requests are submitted in writing via the AIRSNAP KakaoTalk channel and confirmed by the Company's written confirmation.
③ The changed date is treated as a new shoot date, and existing contract terms carry over.
④ If the change request falls within a penalty period under Article 10 ①, that penalty applies first, and a new contract is deemed formed for the remaining amount.
⑤ A schedule change for personal reasons is free once up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the shoot.
⑥ A weather change due to a rain forecast for the shoot date is free up to twice until 1 day before the shoot, operated on a separate counter from the free change in ⑤. Judgment is based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast, but may be handled flexibly by on-site measurement on the day.
⑦ Reasons other than personal reasons, such as additional bad weather or emergencies, may be changed free of charge by agreement. Changes exceeding the one free change (⑤) due to personal reasons incur a change fee of KRW 30,000 each; if cancellation is desired, the graduated refund rules in Article 10 apply.
⑧ A package (product) change may be requested up to one month before the shoot date, and any price difference will be settled. A package change does not constitute cancellation of the contract and is not accepted as grounds for penalty exemption.

Article 8 [Voiding of a Booking]

The Company may void a booking after notice through the consultation channel in the following cases.

  • The booking information is false or required information was not provided.
  • Payment for the shoot is not completed.

Article 9 [Withdrawal and Full Refund]

① If the Customer cancels up to 31 days before the shoot date — the period in which no penalty arises — the full payment amount is refunded regardless of the reason.
② Separately, under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., a withdrawal within 7 days of the payment date is refunded in full. However, if 7 days or fewer remain until the shoot date at the time of the request, service provision (shoot preparation) is deemed to have begun and the graduated refund rules in Article 10 apply.

Article 10 [Cancellation and Penalty]

① For a cancellation due to the Customer's personal reasons, a penalty arises on a graduated basis from one month (30 days) before the shoot date per the standards below; a cancellation before then (31+ days before the shoot) is refunded in full under Article 9. Up to 8 days before the shoot, the penalty baseline (10%) of the Fair Trade Commission's "Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards" applies; within 7 days of the shoot, the penalty increases on a graduated basis as the date approaches, reflecting that the shoot date is reserved exclusively for the Customer and cannot be resold.

30–8 days before the shoot10%90%
7–4 days before the shoot50%50%
3 days before to same day / no-show90%10%

② If the Company fails to perform the contract due to its own fault, it compensates [1.5] times the total amount stated in the contract.
③ Switching to another vendor, budget/schedule changes, or a party's mere change of intent are treated as personal reasons, and the penalty in ① applies (excluding force majeure).
④ Force majeure causes such as the death of the Customer or their spouse, hospitalization of 2+ weeks, natural disaster, or a Class-1 infectious-disease government quarantine measure allow cancellation without penalty or transfer to a third party upon submission of supporting documents (documents to be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation request in principle).

Part 6 — Remedies & Compensation

Article 11 [Compensation for Loss of Photographic Results]

① If the photographic results are lost due to the Company's fault, compensation is based on the actual scope of loss (for total loss, a full refund of the amount received + separate agreement; for partial loss, the loss ratio applies).
② The Company doubly protects data through dual on-site memory storage, cloud (Cloudinary/AWS) backup, and 2-month original retention from the shoot date.
③ Quality issues due to the Customer's personal reasons, weather conditions, or matters not disclosed by the Customer are excluded from compensation.

Article 12 [Shooting Quality Standards and Delivery]

① Absent a separate agreement, the base standards apply (all originals provided, per-product retouch count, delivery format JPG, delivery method cloud link).
② Matters specified in the contract or product notice prevail over the above standards.

Part 7 — Copyright, Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution

Article 13 [Copyright and Portrait Rights]

① Copyright in the photographic results belongs to the Company.
② The Customer is granted a right of use for personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial use constitutes a violation of copyright law.
③ Portrait rights of persons appearing in the results belong to those persons.
④ If the Company wishes to use the results for promotional purposes, it obtains the Customer's written consent.

Article 14 [Confirmation of Receipt and Objection Period]

① The Customer must raise any objection in writing through the consultation channel within one month of receiving the results; absent an objection within the period, the results are deemed accepted.
② Emotional dissatisfaction based on personal taste in style, mood, or color is not grounds for compensation or refund.

Article 15 [Dispute Resolution]

① Disputes are first resolved by mutual agreement; before using an external body, [7] days of internal negotiation through the KakaoTalk consultation channel is the principle.
② If no agreement is reached, the Customer may apply to the Korea Consumer Agency for damage relief or dispute mediation.
③ For litigation, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
