- Booking: up to 9 months before the shoot
- Shoot: on the agreed date after confirmation
- Delivery: shoot +60 days (gallery & shipping)
- Completion: on delivery (within 11 mo of payment)
Retouching
- Natural, subtle body retouching
- Appearance retouch: once
- Color grade is planned around the location & outfit, so it can't be changed
Weather
- Shoots go ahead even in rain or snow
- If a disaster (heavy rain/snow) makes it impossible: choose indoor venue, reschedule, or 100% refund
Reschedule
- Personal: 1 free, up to 14d before
- Weather(rain): free up to 1d before (×2)
- Other valid reasons: free by arrangement
- Beyond free (personal reasons): ₩30,000 each
Cancel & Refund
- Withdrawal: within 7 days of payment
- 31+ days before: 100% back (0% fee)
- 30–8 days before: 90% back (10% fee)
- 7–4 days before: 50% back (50% fee)
- ≤3 days / no-show: 10% back (90% fee)
- Photographer/force majeure: full refund
